We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company in Westwood, MA. As a key member of our mail order operations team, you'll be responsible for entering new and reputed company orders in an accurate and reputed company manner, resolving PBM-reputed company billing problems and issues, and handling phone inquiries and initial prescription intake. You'll also be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with pharmacy-reputed company services, and maintaining new and existing patient reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Enters new and reputed company orders in an accurate and reputed company manner

• Resolves reputed company PBM-reputed company billing problems and issues
• Handles phone inquiries and initial prescription intake
• Answers inbound calls and assists customers with pharmacy-reputed company services
• Maintains new and existing patient reputed company and enters new prescriptions into patient reputed company
• Assists patients with enrollment process for manufacturer and non-profit organization copay assistance programs
• Supports health care providers with required prior authorization and required appeals
• Manages reputed company mail/delivery of Rx orders, including addressing problems/issues with delivery process

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• Registration as a Mass Registered Pharmacy Tech required
• 1-3 years reputed company work experience required
• Basic familiarity with computers and ability to navigate at a basic level reputed company web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* (CPht) Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

• Call center, pharmacy data entry, and PBM billing experience
• Bilingual verbal and written communication
