As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving reputed company issues, and promoting arenaflex's banking and financial services products. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving reputed company customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's banking and financial services offerings
- Cross-selling and upselling products and services to customers
- Achieving individual sales, referral, and service reputed company goals

- Providing operational support and troubleshooting issues for various digital banking products, such as Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Mobile Wallet/reputed company Pay
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years' high volume call center experience, teller or reputed company banking experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation regarding products and services
- Proficient computer skills; ability to understand and utilize multiple systems, computer, and databases
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
- Detail-oriented and organized
