As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our frequent, premiere customers at our airport operations in Kailua-Kona, HI. You will process rentals, offer products and services, and reputed company excellent customer service to improve their travel experience. Key Responsibilities
* Process rentals for customers who are members of our loyalty programs
- Offer products and services to improve the customer experience

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

* Valid reputed company's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Engaging personality and effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors

- Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a reputed company of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the reputed company
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
