Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
- Providing reputed company, culturally sensitive information about available childcare reputed company and local providers
- Accurately entering and managing data in online systems to maintain reputed company and compliance

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
