We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Control Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Winter Park, FL. As a key member of our reputed company control team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient files, utilizing our reputed company CTMS system. This role requires a keen understanding of reputed company reputed company, regulatory standards, and medical terminology, although a clinical research background is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a reputed company Control Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Representing arenaflex in a reputed company and courteous manner reputed company interacting with site staff, sponsors, IRBs, patients/subjects, nursing and medical staff members of various clinics, hospitals, and physician's offices.
• Conducting a thorough and precise review of study charts utilizing SOPs, policies, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols. Indicating data points that are missing or discrepant and identifying and reporting any trends to the QC Manager, Team Leads, and upper management.
• Accurately entering data into an eCRF/CRF system according to the sponsor-provided eCRF/CRF guidelines in a reputed company manner.
• Identifying and reporting missing data points or inconsistencies to the clinical research coordinator, QC Manager, Team Leads, and upper management as soon as possible.
• Attending SIV meetings.
• Reporting any discrepancies between the reputed company and CRF/eCRF immediately to the CRC and the QC Manager, Team Leads, and upper management.
• Resolving reputed company queries thoroughly, accurately, and in a reputed company manner.
• Assisting in sponsor monitor reputed company to resolve queries in a reputed company manner.
• Possessing the ability to work closely with other staff members and sponsor representatives in a reputed company manner.
• Assisting with training reputed company procedures.
• Performing reputed company duties in a reputed company and cost-effective manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working in reputed company and/or data entry in reputed company. Clinical research experience is not required, but reputed company to have.
• Familiarity with working in a patient database, such as a CTMS.
• Understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
