We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Hospital Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members, and reputed company other medical professionals. You will be the first reputed company of contact for patients and will be responsible for accurate and reputed company patient registration utilizing medical systems. This position requires a high level of customer service behavior, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Hospital Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing registration and basic insurance verification, ensuring collection of 7 critical data reputed company necessary for reputed company patient identification and billing.
• Identifying and updating patient demographic information on the Host system as defined by departmental policy and procedures.
• Identifying non-participating Insurance or Out of Networks plans; taking necessary steps to inform patients and physicians regarding reputed company, including but not limited to canceling appointment.
• Obtaining Insurance Card copies or validating insurance information reputed company electronic medical record, transfer information, or insurance eligibility tool.
• Providing courteous and accurate patient and hospital information with wayfinding instructions for patients, families, visitors, and ancillary areas.
• Preparing documents for imaging/scanning into electronic patient record.
• Explaining processes and forms to patients prior to securing signatures and ensuring that reputed company documents are properly signed and witnessed as required.
• Assembling and disassembling patient charts or departmental documents according to department policy.
• Maintaining inventory control of forms and reputed company supplies needed in area.
• Assisting with reputed company possible account resolutions pertaining to patient balances.
• Performing reputed company other duties and reputed company as assigned.
• Having financial conversations and collecting payments based on patient estimated financial responsibilities/reputed company deposits.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Computer savvy with experience navigating between multiple systems simultaneously
• Must have MS Office Experience and excellent typing skills

Desired Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• iCentra Registration Experience
• Experience working in a reputed company environment
• Completed a Medical Terminology class
