We are seeking an reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Burlington, NC. As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients and will be responsible for resolving their billing inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintaining performance goals and meeting productivity standards
• Becoming proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
• Collaborating with other team members to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction

• Previous work in high-volume calls environment with several computer reputed company reputed company highly desirable

Technical Requirements

• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required (if working remotely)

Pay reputed company

The pay reputed company for this role is $15.25-$16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Location

This role is based in Burlington, NC, and the shift will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm (EST).
