Responsibilities
As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company support regarding patient pharmacy benefits
- Researching Information: Use databases to resolve customer service issues
- Maintaining Composure: Handle escalated situations with professionalism and poise
