As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will be the first reputed company of contact for resolving customer issues, processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Verify inbound receipts for accuracy

- Generate customer reports per customer request (i.e., weekly, monthly late/reputed company reports)
- Coordinate availability of product and schedule for daily shifts with warehouse team

- Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive way
Additional Responsibilities
* Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
* High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Proficient computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
- May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
Pay reputed company
$15.50 - $26.06 per hour
