The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the reputed company of their reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs

• The ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
