Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers inside and reputed company our centers with arenaflex products and services, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs
• Utilizing smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
• Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers, ensuring reputed company and secure transportation of customers' equipment
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid reputed company and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding arenaflex products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of customer transactions
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring reputed company and secure connections for customers' equipment

Minimum Qualifications
