Your Role at arenaflex
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or reputed company calls, providing answers, and consulting on products with reputed company. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming communications from customers
