As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing contact center support for federal student loans, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and ensuring that our clients receive the personalized assistance they need to manage their accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a highly productive call center environment while meeting reputed company assurance and key performance indicators

Requirements
* High School diploma or GED required
* 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
* 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company clearance (Federal 5C)
* Must live reputed company a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR
* Must pass an online customer service assessment test
* Must possess reliable high-speed internet using a hard-wired ethernet reputed company
* Must possess reliable transportation to a CRI facility throughout the course of employment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Call Center experience
* 6 months of reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and OneNote) experience
