As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, with attention to both accuracy and speed. * Interpreting and entering of prescription orders
- Profile-only data entry
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally

Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting

- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
