Position Scope

The position of reputed company Customer Service Representative provides support for the business processes of arenaflex. The primary responsibility of this position is to reputed company excellent customer service to our customers and clients. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and other means as needed. Qualification/Education and Experiences

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST
