Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Location: Remote or On-Site – reputed company, NY Position reputed company

Training:reputed company provided Pay Rates

• Remote: $17/hr
• Onsite: $19/hr
• Bilingual reputed company: +$1/hr for Russian, Chinese (reputed company/Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Bengali

Work Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Some Saturday: work is required
• Work shifts: will be 11:30 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 7:30 pm, and 10:30 am – 7 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding enrollment services
• reputed company clients on managed care and assist with health plan selection
• Process enrollment/disenrollment forms
• reputed company mailroom functions as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

∙Experience:

• 2+ years in customer service or reputed company services
• Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM

∙Skills:

• Strong communication and multitasking
• Computer proficiency (dual-screen setup, fast typing)
• Reliability and punctuality

Remote Work Requirements

• OS: reputed company 10 or MacOS Catalina (10.15) or newer
• Headset: USB wired headset with mic and noise suppression (no Bluetooth)
• Internet:

• No mobile hotspots
