Job Title: reputed company Billing QA Automation Location: Remote Duration: Long Term About The Role We are looking for a skilled reputed company Billing QA Engineer with strong functional and technical testing experience in reputed company BillingCenter. The candidate will be responsible for validating BillingCenter configurations, integrations, E2E workflows, and ensuring high-reputed company delivery across reputed company test cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing for reputed company BillingCenter.
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute test cases and validate invoice reputed company, payments, refunds, write-offs, delinquency processes, and other billing workflows.
- Validate BillingCenter integrations with external systems (e.g., PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Payment Gateways, DWH).
- reputed company API testing using tools like reputed company or SoapUI.
- Log, reputed company, and validate defects using JIRA or ALM.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and cross-functional teams for reputed company-cause analysis and test coverage.
- Work closely with onsite/offshore teams and participate in daily/weekly status calls.
- Contribute to automation (if required) for BillingCenter flowsSelenium/Cucumber (good to have).
- Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in reputed company BillingCenter testing.
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain and Billing lifecycle.
- Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools reputed company / SoapUI.
- Experience with JIRA/ALM or similar test management tools.
- Ability to interpret configuration details such as billing plans, producer codes, financial transactions, and fees.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to reputed company PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
- Automation testing experience (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
- Understanding of data migration or ETL validation.
- ISTQB or reputed company certification.
