Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Conduct recorded interviews with Sales Associate candidates.
• Review and analyze reputed company-interview metrics to reputed company interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Prepare reputed company and concise interview summaries with hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate documentation.

• Manage reputed company documentation and ensure completion prior to employee start dates.
• Coordinate reputed company steps and timelines with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, role changes, and offboarding.
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for general HR-reputed company inquiries.
• Assist with performance tracking and basic HR reporting.
