• Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and reputed company and ensure compliance with reputed company and reputed company federal, state, policies & procedures
• Support reputed company aspects of employee experience
• reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company employee relations issues or concerns
• reputed company monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management
• Assist with the recruitment, interview, and reputed company process
• Maintain and coordinate employee development
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and reputed company recommendations to the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company preferred)
• 3+ years of reputed company Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment and or Shared Services Center of reputed company required
• Experience influencing senior leaders around HR reputed company
• HRIS system experience and knowledge required

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
