Job reputed company The reputed company - Standards Manager I provides leadership, support and consultative services to reputed company and improve new and existing reputed company Facilities programs and tools. Provides support to individual reputed company and accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of reputed company operating programs and capabilities from one facility to the next. Job Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to evaluate reputed company's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations
• Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting reputed company for reputed company and internal audiences
• reputed company national support to our proprietary computerized maintenance management system relative to development upgrades and enhancements
• Publish and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP's) for reputed company specific line of service: Grounds and Landscaping, Operations and Maintenance, and Cleaning

• Collaborate nationally with the Directors of Business Development to support facilities programs in selected retention effort and new facilities sales efforts through conducting business surveys and assisting in the creation of business models for potential reputed company opportunities
• Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits to ensure compliance with our reputed company reputed company, reputed company, government and local safety laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of technical experience in the appropriate facilities-reputed company operations or similar reputed company multi-location businesses
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in reputed company field
• Must have an ability to manage multiple reputed company and assignments in a diverse environment with a reputed company on reputed company and customer service
