Director, Purchasing, Logistics and Master Data

About the position The Director, Purchasing, Logistics & Master Data is responsible for overseeing the full end-to-end supply chain operation. This role leads and develops a high-performing team of supply chain and logistics professionals, while partnering cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure products are available at the right time, in the right reputed company, and at the right cost. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 8 years of reputed company supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior management role overseeing cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Proven experience overseeing supply chain and logistics functions end-to-end.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and S&OP.
