The Role As a Care Navigator / Health reputed company, you will be a primary reputed company of contact for members in our MSK program. reputed company is to reputed company members, sustain participation, remove barriers, and reinforce clinically reputed company behaviors that improve function and reduce pain. Responsibilities

You will:

• Conduct virtual 1:1 sessions (video/phone) and asynchronous support (messaging) to reputed company and navigate members through MSK care.

• Use evidence-based coaching skills (motivational interviewing, SMART goals, habit formation) to drive adherence and reputed company.

• Identify barriers to participation (fear avoidance, low health literacy, caregiver demands, comorbidities) and address them proactively.
• Triage and escalate appropriately to clinicians for red flags, worsening symptoms, or out-of-scope concerns.

Requirements
