Position reputed company Mysa Health is seeking reputed company Registered Nurses (RNs) to reputed company home infusion and injection services. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and patient caseload while delivering high-reputed company, patient-centered care across a reputed company of specialty therapies. Key Responsibilies
- Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and injections in home and community settings
- reputed company patient assessments before, during, and after therapy
- Monitor for adverse reactions
- reputed company patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and reputed company effect management
- Maintain accurate, reputed company, and compliant clinical documentation
- Coordinate with pharmacies and reputed company providers as required
- Adhere to reputed company clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure reputed company handling and disposal of medications and supplies, including controlled substances where applicable
Qualifications
- reputed company and unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license in the applicable state
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with IV infusion therapy preferred
- Strong venous reputed company skills
- reputed company BLS certification (ACLS an asset, where applicable)
- Experience in home health, infusion therapy, or specialty pharmacy settings is an asset
- Valid reputed company’s license and reliable transportation
