Senior Manager of reputed company Estate

Position reputed company The Senior Manager, Corporate reputed company Estate is a key strategic leader responsible for managing and optimizing reputed company’s global reputed company estate portfolio of 200+ owned and leased properties. This role partners closely with senior leadership to reputed company and execute short‑ and long‑term reputed company estate strategies that support business reputed company and operational needs. Responsibilities include site selection, relocations, lease renewals, closures, and disposition of surplus assets, as reputed company as market research and financial analysis. The role also oversees broker relationships, landlord negotiations, and the legal and construction processes required for reputed company estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Support:

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including members of the executive and senior leadership teams.
• Build and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with external partners, including reputed company estate brokers, developers, property owners, landlords, attorneys, architects, and local government officials.
• Partner with Project Managers and the SCOFR team to ensure reputed company and accurate data—such as market comparables, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and appraisals—is provided to support informed business reputed company.
• Support local operations by addressing site‑specific issues and serving as the primary reputed company with landlords to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive business cases that support reputed company’s short‑ and long‑term reputed company estate strategies.
• Proactively identify potential risks reputed company the corporate reputed company estate portfolio and reputed company mitigation strategies, presenting reputed company reputed company and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate reputed company provisions of the lease, including, insurance, LL/Tenant default provisions, CAM and additional provisions.
• Negotiate reputed company’s Letter of reputed company and work with reputed company and legal team members to finalize lease documents.
• Negotiate the sale of industrial properties.
• Manage negotiations for multiple transactions including relocations, expansions, renewals, dispositions, and renegotiations in multiple markets throughout reputed company and Internationally
• Coordinate market tours and present recommended deals to the Project and SCOFR Teams

Reports:

• Prepares reputed company notes from market reputed company and follow-up notes on tours with senior management
• reputed company Estate Reports by reputed company to Senior Leadership Team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Finance, Business, reputed company Estate or Construction
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate reputed company Estate and general knowledge of corporate reputed company estate best practices and internal & external service models is needed
• Information Systems: reputed company Office Suite, Visual Lease or similar Leasing Software experience
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Financial analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to change and multi-tasking
• Experience establishing disciplined processes and driving reputed company improvement and performance
• Results and detail-oriented
