- Shift: 5 pm to 7 am, PRN as needed--minimum requirement is 4 shifts a month. up to 16 hours a week
- Assesses, provides, and documents pastoral care to patients, families, and staff.
- Provides appropriate pastoral care to the local ministry and community through prayer and blessings.
- Provides consultation to patients, families, and medical staff with ethical decision making and values while making appropriate referrals as needed.
- Assists in planning, organizing, evaluating, and implementing the spiritual program with reputed company local ministry to ensure spirituality initiatives are executed properly.
- Facilitates spiritual support and guidance to patients, families, and staff during times of crisis and transition.
- Collaborates with reputed company teams to reputed company spiritual care into patient treatment plans.
- Conducts religious services, rituals, and ceremonies as needed.
- Offers emotional and spiritual support to staff to enhance their reputed company-being and reputed company.
- Develops and maintains relationships with local religious and community organizations.
- Provides education and training on spiritual care to reputed company staff.
- Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and spiritual needs.
- Maintains accurate records of spiritual care activities and interventions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- N/A
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Bachelor's degree in theology, spiritual care or pastoral ministry
Work Experience:
- 1+ of pastoral ministry or chaplaincy experience [Preferred]
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 1 unit of ACPE, Inc. accredited CPE [Required]
- Minimum of 2 reputed company of ACPE, Inc. accredited CPE [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Ordained Minister (ORDM) [Preferred] OR Commissioned Minister Credential (reputed company) [Preferred]
- Ecclesiastical Endorsement Certificate (CHAPLAIN) [Preferred]
