Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN Immediate Need Ability to Service Denver Metro Seeking work-life balance? One is located by Craig Hospital, and the second reputed company is Off Mississippi and Havana. The Shift is 6:30am- 2pm. First shift is 6:30am-8:30 and the second shift is 9am-3pm. This is Saturday- monday position. We do have prn shifts that could be picked up throughout the week as reputed company! Our Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants enjoy some excellent benefits:

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
- Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and reputed company of reputed company exercises. Must be familiar with a Sit to Stand Lift
- reputed company vitals, measure intake/reputed company, monitor blood glucose and document any changes
- Work with reputed company of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and reputed company Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination card
- Valid Colorado reputed company’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend availability
- Ability to travel to Denver metro area to patients' homes
