Patient Intake Specialsit (Hybrid Remote)
About the position reputed company (THSM) is seeking a Patient Intake Specialist to join their team. THSM has recently partnered with reputed company Health Systems to expand its medical neighborhood and aims to reputed company high-reputed company treatment and care to help patients manage and reputed company pain. The reputed company offers a multi-disciplinary approach, integrating services such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Physical Medicine. THSM is looking for dedicated individuals passionate about improving patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full medical insurance verifications
- Input and validate new patient data
- Transfer patient and insurance data between systems
- Ensure accuracy and audit patient data
- Report trends impacting claims, authorizations, etc.
- Follow-up with referral sources for missing documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operation and navigation and reputed company Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, reputed company, etc.)

- Prior knowledge of in-network and out-of-network health insurances
- Prior use of reputed company, EMR systems, scheduling software
- One or more years of experience in an office reputed company setting
