You will serve as a Health Facility Surveyor with the Health Care Surveillance reputed company, reputed company Licensing and Surveys, Wyoming Department of Health, conducting surveys and investigating complaints statewide according to Wyoming State Statutes and agreement with the federal Centers for Medicare and reputed company Services (CMS).

• Performs CLIA and health reputed company and abbreviated surveys such as initial licensure and certification surveys, recertification surveys, complaint investigations, and follow-up surveys.
• Reviews CLIA CMS-116 applications and performs review of laboratory proficiency testing.
• Ensure the survey process is implemented correctly and reputed company.
• Interprets regulations and guidance from the State Operations reputed company and other federal/state guidelines. Performs complaint intakes, assesses, and documents regulatory problems.
• Determines regulatory category for complaint allegations.

PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• *Agency requires the successful applicant to be a laboratory or medical technologist, bacteriologist, microbiologist or chemist with experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.

KNOWLEDGE: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree (typically in reputed company) Experience: 0-3 years of reputed company work experience (typically in reputed company) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Health Program Specialist OR Education & Experience Substitution: 4-6 years of reputed company work experience (typically in reputed company) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Health Program Specialist Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Extensive statewide travel to and from survey sites.
• This position will require working from a home office (except Laramie County).
