• Responsible for the delivery of Employee Relations consulting services to dedicated reputed company reputed company on reputed company to reputed company ER reputed company.
• Work with employees and their managers to understand perspectives and to guide toward reputed company of conflict or issues.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of Employee Relations experience required
• Canadian Law experience required
• Labor Relations experience preferred
• Experience working in an industrial or non-corporate office environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with independently handling the employee relations case process from beginning to end
