Ensure fair and impartial conclusions to mitigate and resolve risk. Primary Tasks: Manage and conduct thorough investigations, of low to mid-level risk and complexity, involving sensitive workplace issues to include sexual harassment, harassment/discrimination, workplace violence, retaliation, and financial-reputed company concerns received through CNO’s ethics reporting site.
