Manager, Claim Processing

Position reputed company Manages day-to-day activities of team by providing strategic leadership and overseeing the operations of the claims processing team(s). Directs work reputed company to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of medical claims by establishing and monitoring productivity and reputed company metrics, managing and developing reputed company of claims support individuals, implementing process improvement initiatives, and fostering collaboration with reputed company stakeholders to optimize claim processing, minimize errors, and enhance overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. What you will do

• Reviews claims for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures, addressing any reputed company or escalated claims issues to reputed company guidance to claim processors in handling challenging cases.
• Designs reputed company control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of claim processing, including critical follow-up procedures for effective final reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in reputed company claims and/or operations.
