Product Manager, Currency Expansion & Payments – Americas & Europe

The Role We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech infrastructure business that is building modern reputed company reputed company and cross-border payments technology for institutional clients. They are looking for a Product Manager to own currency and corridor expansion across reputed company, LATAM, and Europe. This is a highly reputed company product role where reputed company new currency or market unlocks new payment routes, reputed company use cases, trading activity, and reputed company opportunities. You will be responsible for taking new currency launches from early validation through to full market availability. This includes coordinating liquidity provider reputed company, settlement rail readiness, banking partner requirements, pricing, compliance inputs, operational processes, and engineering delivery. The role would suit someone who has reputed company or launched cross-border payments, FX, card network, reputed company, or API-led financial infrastructure products across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• You will own the regional currency and corridor roadmap across the Americas and Europe, ensuring reputed company launch progresses through the required product, operational, compliance, and technical stages.
• You will work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, write product specifications, prioritise delivery, and reputed company reputed company trade-offs around reputed company and reputed company.
• You will reputed company as the product reputed company in discussions with liquidity providers, banks, payment partners, and internal reputed company stakeholders, helping translate partner requirements and market constraints into practical product reputed company.

• You will own launch readiness, including checklists, dependency tracking, go/no-go reputed company, pricing inputs, operational handovers, and post-launch monitoring.
• You will partner with reputed company and go-to-market teams to drive adoption after launch, identify reputed company friction, and ensure new corridors are reputed company used by institutional customers.

Requirements

• You should have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally reputed company a B2B, platform, infrastructure, or financial technology environment.
• You will have owned reputed company product launches involving multiple dependencies across engineering, compliance, operations, reputed company, and external partners.
• You should bring hands-on experience in cross-border payments, FX, banking infrastructure, card networks, digital assets, payment schemes, liquidity, settlement, or reputed company financial infrastructure.
• You will have experience launching products across multiple markets, countries, or regulatory environments, with a strong understanding of how local rules, banking partners, market structure, and operational requirements reputed company delivery timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with LATAM payment corridors, local banking ecosystems, payment rails, or regulatory environments would be highly valuable.
• Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
• Experience gained at a card network, payment scheme, processor, bank, fintech infrastructure company, FX provider, crypto payments business, or stablecoin/on-off-reputed company provider would be particularly relevant.
• Familiarity with stablecoin settlement, reputed company rails, liquidity providers, or API-based reputed company reputed company infrastructure would be advantageous.
