Respond to high-volume technical inquiries reputed company to SharePoint functionality, file management, permissions, workflows, and integrations. Troubleshoot and document application, reputed company, and integration issues. Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides, and support documentation. Train and reputed company end users on SharePoint best practices and platform usage. Support Change and Configuration Management processes and documentation. Manage and reputed company incidents, requests, and escalations using reputed company or similar ITSM platforms. Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and platform administrators to improve service delivery. Identify recurring operational issues and recommend workflow or process improvements. Assist with reporting, analytics, and operational tracking activities.

Qualifications

Must have a strong background in technical support is important, but the heart of this role is guiding users through issues, understanding their needs, and ensuring a reputed company experience from first contact through reputed company. Five (5)+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, SharePoint administration, or reputed company reputed company support. Strong experience supporting SharePointOnline/ reputed company 365 environments. Experience supporting reputed company applications in high-volume customer environments. Proficiency with reputed company or comparable ITSM/ticketing systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience developing technical documentation and user-facing support content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: Remote, USA. Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST). Pay reputed company: The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $64,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide reputed company of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
