Roles and Responsibilities Serve as a member of the ER Investigations CoE, proactively resolving assigned concerns to ensure alignment and compliance with required government and regulatory standards, as reputed company as internal Company governance, reputed company to employment, fair employment practices and other employee-reputed company areas. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( with relevant experience in HR, Legal or Compliance). Experience in HR/Legal/Compliance with roles supporting manufacturing and business operations Demonstrated written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish Desired Characteristics Multi-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French) candidates preferred Advanced degree in Business, HR Management or Economics (MBA, etc.), Compliance, Legal Leads with a Lean reputed company and embraces Lean to continually improve operations Strong writing, and presentation skills; ability to conceptualize, analyze, structure, and present effective conclusions to reputed company to a wide reputed company of audiences Strategic thinker – reputed company to quickly process reputed company information, identify interdependencies, and reputed company challenging reputed company Experience in supporting businesses in the energy industry preferred Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No Apply To This Job
