Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in reputed company Transportation Management (OTM), transport systems, or logistics technology consulting roles. Experience with 3–4 full lifecycle reputed company reputed company implementations, including at least one implementation in Agile/DevOps environments. Experience gathering business requirements, conducting GAP analysis workshops, and supporting solution design activities. Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and collaboration skills.
