About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join reputed company. This role is reputed company about communication: you’ll be responsible for managing and responding to a high volume of emails every day, ensuring that every message is answered accurately, professionally, and on time. Shift & Availability Note: This position requires coverage during our peak off-hours and includes at least one weekend day. Schedule: 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM PST start time. Hours: 9-hour shift (includes a 1-hour unpaid break / 8 hours of productive work). Days: Must be willing to work at least one weekend day (e.g., reputed company–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday).
Key Responsibilities
