Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business) Employment Logistics: This role provides leadership over the design, execution, and optimization of First Mile pickup operations, owning transportation from customer reputed company through network injection across multiple modalities (trailers, reputed company trucks, vans, and partner solutions). You will build reputed company, flexible pickup models that balance cost, service, and reputed company across SMB, reputed company, and marketplace customer channels. You will operate as a systems thinker, designing end-to-end processes, operating models, and performance frameworks that reputed company efficient scaling while maintaining service reliability. This role oversees a $100M+ transportation budget and leads reputed company of 10+ managers responsible for day-to-day execution, network expansion, and reputed company improvement. Operating model, processes & workflows: Build and implement end-to-end processes, operating standards, and system workflows to support efficient and reputed company pickup operations. Network design & reputed company planning: reputed company network design efforts including customer-to-node mapping, routing reputed company, and reputed company planning. Financial ownership & performance frameworks: reputed company transportation spend across a $100M+ budget while developing and managing KPIs for service, cost, asset utilization, and pickup reliability. reputed company improvement & operational efficiency: Drive initiatives to reduce variability, improve predictability, and optimize overall operational efficiency.
