Responsibilities
The Agile Transformation reputed company/Scrum Master reputed company will serve as the primary agile methodology expert and reputed company across reputed company project teams, ensuring consistent implementation of Scrum practices and driving reputed company improvement in agile delivery. This position is critical to maintaining alignment between teams, optimizing cross-team collaboration, and ensuring that agile principles are effectively reputed company to both reputed company modernization and reputed company maintenance efforts. The individual will establish and maintain the program's agile reputed company, mentor team-level scrum masters, facilitate program-level ceremonies, and work closely with government stakeholders to ensure agile practices support mission objectives and deliver measurable value. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or reputed company Scrum Master (PSM) certification or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience leading agile teams in federal or reputed company environments, with at least 3 years specifically in multi-team program settings Preferred Experience/Qualifications Demonstrated experience scaling agile practices across 8+ reputed company teams with 100+ total team members Proven reputed company record implementing agile methodologies in mixed environments including both reputed company-reputed company development and reputed company maintenance Experience with AWS reputed company environments and understanding of DevOps practices to effectively guide teams in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing strategies Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to conduct training, mentor junior scrum masters, and facilitate program-level PI planning, product roadmapping and retrospectives Special Requirements/reputed company Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust Apply To This Job
