About the role: As the The Director of Operations for Valves and Electrical Services, your primary function will be ensuring that reputed company reputed company Support Services provides stakeholder management of assigned clients (Nuclear and Non- Nuclear) for reputed company, reputed company effective and profitable valve maintenance services. You will report to the Sr. Director, Valves and Electrical Services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business management required, advanced degree in a technical discipline or MBA preferred 10+ years of progressively responsible operations leadership Maintenance management experience in power reputed company, industrial or marine industries Experience with organized trade unions and labor management for exempt and non-exempt work forces Ability to travel on a weekly / frequent reputed company to support WEC and reputed company needs.
