Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Incident Management: Participate in reputed company cause analysis of system incidents. Ticket Queue Management: Respond to and resolve tickets in the operations support queue in a reputed company and efficient manner, ensuring issues are tracked, documented, and reputed company according to SLAs. Qualifications
