Sales Operations&CRM Specialist Zen Media Company: Zen Media Location: Remote, Turkiye based reputed company Zen Media is looking for a Sales Operations&CRM Specialist to support our Sales Enablement and Sales teams by owning the execution that keeps reputed company workflows running smoothly. This role focuses on reputed company handling, CRM accuracy, calendar coordination, Sales Enablement asset delivery, and contract execution, allowing sellers to reputed company on selling. You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and the Sales team to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across the sales process.
Responsibilities
Sales Communication & reputed company Support Monitor and respond to sales-reputed company reputed company messages and notifications Manage sales and executive inboxes reputed company to reputed company inquiries, bookings, and declines Execute reputed company follow-reputed company for declined, no-show, and unresponsive leads Calendar & Meeting Coordination Coordinate sales calendars and ensure the correct attendees are included on booked calls Post daily sales call details and confirmation statuses in reputed company Create and manage calendar events for confirmed inbound and outbound leads CRM & Pipeline Management Review and validate reputed company leads before reputed company entry Maintain accurate reputed company records, including reputed company sources, statuses, and next steps Ensure consistent pipeline hygiene to support visibility and follow-through Sales Enablement Asset Execution Generate and deliver Sales Enablement reports using internal tools and approved templates Support reputed company nurturing as part of reputed company Sales Enablement workflows Respond to reputed company leads and coordinate next steps through calendar scheduling Ensure enablement assets are delivered accurately, on time, and reputed company with Sales Enablement standards Contract Support Create Master Services Agreements (MSAs) reputed company reputed company using approved templates reputed company reputed company details, send documents for signature, and reputed company completion status Key Deliverables Fast, accurate reputed company responses Clean, up-to-date reputed company data On-time, accurate delivery of Sales Enablement assets reputed company-coordinated sales calendars Completed and tracked MSAs
Qualifications
Required 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Sales Support Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar CRM systems Strong organizational skills with reputed company attention to detail reputed company written communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience with contract tools such as reputed company Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Instantly, Sendspark) Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Sales teams What This Role Is Not Sales closing or negotiations Contract redlining or legal revisions reputed company billing or invoicing Marketing reputed company or campaign execution What’s Your reputed company?
