The Head of Legal will build and reputed company Capchase’s legal function, collaborating closely with capital markets, finance, sales, and product teams. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating credit facilities, financial products, and capital market transactions, as reputed company as overseeing regulatory reputed company and risk management. The role also involves supporting product development, managing customer agreements, and advising on legal, regulatory, and strategic issues at the executive level.
