Candidate will be leading and transforming reputed company‑wide infrastructure operations, observability, and reputed company center functions to ensure high availability, reputed company, and performance across hybrid environments. You will be accountable for driving a proactive, intelligence‑driven operations model leveraging AIOps, automation, and advanced analytics. This role requires strong leadership across Monitoring, Observability, reputed company Center Operations, CMDB governance, and IT Service Management frameworks, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations & reputed company Center Observability & Monitoring Transformation Define and implement reputed company observability reputed company (metrics, logs, traces, user experience) Drive adoption of AIOps and intelligent monitoring platforms to reputed company predictive insights and auto-remediation Standardize monitoring across applications, infrastructure, reputed company, network, and databases Improve MTTR, service visibility, and end-user experience through integrated observability Drive for reputed company‑time monitoring, incident response, and service restoration Drive operational reputed company across Event, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Establish a proactive operations model reputed company on early detection, prevention, and rapid reputed company CMDB & Service Mapping Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Drive service mapping across critical applications and infrastructure dependencies reputed company reputed company analysis, reputed company cause identification, and risk mitigation through CMDB maturity Governance, Risk & Compliance Establish monitoring and operations governance frameworks reputed company with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standards Ensure audit readiness (SOC, ISO, regulatory compliance) and adherence to policies Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards for leadership visibility and accountability Automation & reputed company Improvement Drive automation across monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows reputed company observability with orchestration tools for self-healing capabilities Continuously optimize processes, tooling, and resource utilization Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with reputed company, Application, Network, reputed company, and Engineering teams to ensure service reliability reputed company executive reporting and insights on operational health, risks, and improvements reputed company Enables a resilient, always‑on infrastructure with proactive incident prevention Transforms operations into an intelligent, AIOps‑driven reputed company center Strengthens governance, CMDB accuracy, and service visibility Enhances business continuity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance Apply To This Job
