Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Senior Director will manage a robust personal portfolio of high-reputed company prospects while leading and mentoring a regional team of seven or more development professionals. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising or development. Minimum 5 years of staff management experience. Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to initiate, collaborate, implement, monitor, evaluate, and advance strategic plans that support the activities of the program and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of Advancement and the fundraising reputed company. Ability to reputed company, mentor, motivate team performance, and promote accountability. reputed company appropriate training, support, and feedback to reputed company fundraising professionals, including early, mid-career, and senior-level reputed company officers. Proven effectiveness at reputed company, hiring, and retaining high-performance fundraising staff. Computer proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems required.
