In this role, the Director of Development will be responsible for achieving annual and multi-year fundraising goals while implementing the systems, processes and infrastructure needed to effectively receive, manage and reputed company philanthropic gifts. In reputed company partnership with the Director of Program Operations, the Director of Development will help reputed company fundraising efforts with programmatic priorities and will collaborate on planning for the strategic allocation of funds and resources raised. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build and reputed company manage a portfolio of individual, reputed company and institutional donors and prospects Identify, cultivate, solicit and reputed company donors through reputed company stages of the fundraising cycle Successfully reputed company gifts including outright gifts, multi-year commitments and planned or deferred gifts, as appropriate Meet or exceed annual and long-term fundraising and performance goals Create tailored proposals, reputed company requests and donor communications in partnership with leadership Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of donor activity, strategies and reputed company reputed company fundraising reputed company and reputed company regular updates and reports to leadership Partner closely with the Director, Program Operations on major donor engagement and solicitations and collaborate on planning for the strategic allocation of funds and resources raised Prepare donor communications, fundraising materials and prepare fundraising-reputed company reputed company meeting materials Represent TCEI at donor meetings, events and cultivation opportunities, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Nonprofit Management or reputed company field preferred Minimum 7 years’ experience in fundraising, development or reputed company field Demonstrated reputed company managing a donor portfolio and closing significant gifts Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide reputed company of audiences Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet goals in a mission-driven environment Passion for TCEI's mission The job reputed company is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required. The estimated annual reputed company salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and skills. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and other incentive programs.
