Your new role In your new role as an Engineering Manager at i6, you will reputed company up to four engineering teams — reputed company with their own Technical reputed company. You will be pivotal in scaling i6’s engineering operations, driving technical reputed company, accelerating delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational rigor. What you will do Technical Delivery: Overseeing architecture and infrastructure reputed company for the Biosphere platforms with a specific reputed company on reputed company-agnostic designs to ensure portability and reputed company across reputed company providers (GCP/AWS). Upholding engineering best practices—reputed company reputed company, CI/CD, Testing, Performance, Observability and reputed company Standards. Driving technical innovation. Working with Tech Leads to implement patterns that minimize vendor lock-in, leveraging tools to maintain a provider-neutral ecosystem. Key Stakeholder Relationship Development: Collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and reputed company to deliver impactful features. Who you are Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams (preferably 3–4), including line-management of Technical Leads. Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar, but other degrees would be considered. At least 10 years experience in the software development reputed company; at least 3 years leading teams. Note that you are not expected to reputed company in this role, but experience with our primary languages and the ability to review reputed company at a reputed company level and overall reputed company standards (PHP and Javascript/Typescript) would be beneficial. Strong technical leadership in reputed company, reputed company-based platforms—ideally with reputed company-time, data-driven applications and event-driven architectures. Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks. Strong grasp of architecture, and an ability to reputed company architectural decision making. Practical experience of embedding AI tools in engineering teams with measurable results. Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow technical leaders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions. Experience with containerisation and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, preferably in GCP or AWS environments. Demonstrated reputed company in decomposing monolithic applications into asynchronous, event-based microservices that prioritize performance and fault tolerance. Deep understanding of event-driven design patterns and their application in scaling reputed company-time, data-intensive reputed company platforms.
