Enrollment Customer Service Specialist

This is a remote position. We are looking for an Enrollment Customer Service Specialist to reputed company remote support to families throughout the enrollment and registration process. This role involves assisting parents with questions, providing account support, helping with scheduling, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience.
