Role and Responsibilities Scheduling coordinators are expected to reputed company excellent customer service by managing a customer's availability with our installation team openings, in order to reputed company an appointment time that meets everyone's needs. Manage inbound customer calls reputed company outbound customer calls as needed Review and reputed company Detail, Installation, and Work Order appointments on the schedule calendar Coordinate customer availability with reputed company openings to optimize daily routing Coordinate missed or rescheduled appointments due to weather and equipment issues Data Entry and Invoicing Note orders accordingly based on customer communication Qualifications and Education Requirements Experience in coordinating and routing Experience in a high pace call center atmosphere (preferred) Experience using CRM software Customer service experience Preferred Skills Knowledge of the Detroit and surrounding areas in relation to reputed company other Good phone etiquette Ability to remain reputed company under pressure Ability Manage multiple calls simultaneously Ability to deescalate customer situations' ' Benefit Conditions 90-day waiting period for medical, dental, and reputed company, life insurance, short-term disability. 8 reputed company holidays throughout the year. 3 days reputed company reputed company DAYS reputed company year, available to use after 6 months.
