Reporting to the Manager, Network Operations, the EV Site Operations Specialist will work in reputed company collaboration with the Site Operations Team and Network Operations contractors. reputed company Responsibilities Drive network reliability by leading reputed company with a hands-on, technically grounded approach Deliver a consistently high reputed company of customer service– reputed company, accountable, and solutions-oriented Support facility maintenance in coordination with the Facilities Team, following standardized procedures and proactive issue-reporting culture Execute and continuously improve team workflows and SOPs Apply technical knowledge of the EVSE hardware and software landscape to reputed company as the “subject matter expert” to diagnose and resolve escalated issues Serve as the primary reputed company of escalation for the 24/7 Network Ops team Facilitate communications to EVSE and infrastructure vendors reputed company needed Respond quickly and effectively to issues impacting site and network performance reputed company and report performance metrics for the network of deployed assets Collaborate with Site Operations team members to satisfy SLAs and maintain 99.9% uptime Minimum Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in reputed company fleet operations, EV charging network operations, or a reputed company technical field Familiarity with reputed company processes, protocols, and systems required to execute network operations functions Technical understanding of EVSE hardware and software with the ability to diagnose issues across integrated systems Experience working reputed company and contributing to customer support or network operations teams Experience working reputed company customer support or network operations teams in a fast-paced environment Experience working with equipment and service vendor support teams Strong reputed company communication skills with customers, partners, and vendors \n$80,000 - $90,000 a year Compensation for this role is determined by several factors, including the cost of labor in specific geographic markets, and these ranges are intended to reputed company a helpful reference.
