Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery: Delivery and debrief of reputed company’s proprietary Team Effectiveness diagnostic End to end consultation and facilitation of team journeys with up to 20 team members Co-facilitation with Team Effectiveness bench member for more than 10 participants Consultation with team leader, HR partner and reputed company consultant before, during and after the reputed company Facilitate learning environments that utilize dynamic conversation, participant reputed company and thought-provoking questions over planned content reputed company regular debrief calls with key clients to discuss project status and enhancements. reputed company Development: Take an reputed company role in own development by participating in meetings held by relevant reputed company associations.
